Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PETOMG. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All non-custom orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends. 

For items that are on backorder, we will strive to dispatch the items as soon as they become available. The items will be shipped in an order with respect to the dates the orders are received. All custom order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order at the latest on the date indicated during the order and according to the country of delivery. delivery within a maximum period of 20 calendar days.

Delivery periods may be longer during busy operating periods.

 

For orders in AU :

  • We will cover 100% of your shipping costs for the duration of the campaign. You will not need to pay extra for any items you purchase. 
  • We guarantee that your order will be shipped from our local headquarters (Melbourne & Sydney in AU) within 24 hours (working days) once your payment has been completed.
  • We will match you with the most efficient delivery service provider based on the address of your order. Delivery times will depend on the service provider and can take from 1 to 7 working days depending on the delivery distance (unavoidable factors include but are not limited to bad weather, road control etc). 
  • Once your order has been placed, we will track on your order delivery. In case of abnormal delivery, we will take immediate action and contact you.

For orders outside AU :

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For customized services and items, please confirm the accurate information when placing an order. We’re sorry that we do not support later information changes.
  • We will match you with the most efficient delivery service provider based on the address of your order. Delivery times will depend on the service provider and can take from 15 to 20 calendar days depending on the delivery distance (unavoidable factors include but are not limited to bad weather, road control etc). 
  • Once your order has been placed, we will track on your order delivery. In case of abnormal delivery, we will take immediate action and contact you.

Note:

For custom orders:
1) All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.
2) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).
3) Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.

4) During COVID-19, the estimated delivery time for international orders may take longer than usual. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
  2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs and Import Duties

On occasion, additional customs or import duties cannot be avoided. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@petomg.com.

  1. Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
  2. A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your receipt.
