If a verified non-human-caused breakage or functional issue occurs within one year of delivery, Petomg provides replacement service at no cost, including shipping.

Years 2-3

50% Off Replacement

In the second and third years after delivery, verified quality issues qualify for 50% off replacement service. The discount is calculated based on the final sale price, and shipping is included.

After 3 years

Lifetime 30% Off Replacement Support

After the third year, verified quality issues remain eligible for lifetime replacement support at 30% off the final sale price, with shipping included.

Eligible Issues

Petomg's protection is designed for verified quality-related issues that are not caused by human damage. Eligible cases may include:

Not Covered

To keep the protection clear and fair, the following situations are not covered:

  • Human-caused damage, misuse, intentional damage, or neglect.
  • Improper installation, incorrect wall or ceiling setup, or use outside the product instructions.
  • Product modifications, third-party repairs, or unauthorized replacement parts.
  • Normal wear and tear, stains, scratches, or cosmetic changes that do not affect normal function.
  • Damage caused by external accidents, extreme conditions, or events outside normal household use.
