All PETOMG products come with a 1-year functional quality warranty starting from the date of delivery.
If any non-human-caused structural or functional issues occur during use, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide photos or videos to help confirm the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will replace the defective part or product free of charge.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications. The final resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be determined by Petomg based on the specific circumstances.
