We provide detachable foot mats made of natural sisal material, so there’s no need to purchase them separately.

2) Is the furniture stable and safe for my cat?

Petomg uses solid rubber wood and a reinforced structural design. Each pedal can support up to 44 pounds and has undergone multiple stability tests to ensure safe use for cats.

3) How much floor space does a cat tree need?

A cat tree mainly utilizes vertical space, so you only need a flat area about 24 inches long and 18 inches wide to install a complete structure.

4) What if my ceiling height doesn’t fit?

For ceilings over 110", please purchase extra parts from the accessories section (we don’t recommend cat trees over 120"). For ceilings under 90", choose the base-height model and contact customer service with your exact ceiling height.

5) Will my cat actually use Petomg’s furniture?

Most customers say their cats love the furniture after a short time. If your cat seems hesitant, place treats or toys on it to encourage exploration.

I think.the overall quality of the cat tree is pretty good with wooden sections real wood. The assembly and instructions were pretty straight forward. I have assembled it before our new cat arrives to make sure it was complete. Im sure the cat will love it.

First cat tower I bought with the seller, and even though the deliver was not smooth due to fed-ex's error, it provided the opportunity to work out the problem with Zheng, and I was very impressed. Please do read all material sent via email that clearly states that the shipment will be in two different boxes and tracking. I would recommend to get how to build video because it was not easy to build for me. I purchased the tower right before the sale and she even cancel the first purchase in order to provide me my own code to get the discount and even sent a very nice cat bed as a gift. Overall, the quality of the cat tower is best I've seen and so pleasing to the eyes :). Zheng obviously takes customer's feedback because she even sent anti-slip pads for the cat tower, and my kitty appreciates it very much. Thank you!

Cat loves tree, excellent customer service

We are really happy with oir purchase. Our six-month old kitten is obsessed with the tree. She loves to climb and play on it. We needed to switch some parts to get it to work in our space, and customer service was extremely helpful. Also, shipping was faster than we imagined.
