Petomg currently ships within the United States and Australia.
- United States: Free shipping on orders over US$59.
- Australia: Free shipping on orders over A$79.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipment confirmation and tracking
Within 24 hours of receiving your order on a business day, Petomg will send an email to the address provided at checkout. The email will include package information and tracking updates.
If you did not provide an email address with your order, you can:

Delivery address requirements
Please provide a complete residential or commercial street address when placing your order.
- Petomg cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Petomg cannot deliver to APO or FPO military addresses.
- Changing the delivery address after dispatch may result in additional charges.
