Products in the petomg online store are available in the US, AU & UK. All non-custom orders are processed within 1 working day. Free shipping (over $59 in the US, over A$79 in AU, over £49 in the UK). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
For items that are on backorder, we will strive to dispatch the items as soon as they become available. The items will be shipped in an order with respect to the dates the orders are received. All custom order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order at the latest on the date indicated during the order and according to the region of delivery. Delivery periods may be longer during busy operating periods.

- We guarantee that your order will be shipped from our local warehouses (Melbourne & Sydney in AU, Chino in the US, Cannock in UK) within 1 working day once your payment has been completed.
- We will match you with the most efficient delivery service provider based on the address of your order. Delivery times will depend on the service provider and can take from 2 to 6 working days depending on the delivery distance (unavoidable factors include but are not limited to bad weather, road control etc).
- Once your order has been placed, we will track on your order delivery. In case of abnormal delivery, we will take immediate action and contact you.

- For customized services, please communicate with support@petomg.com to confirm before placing an order. We proactively send you draft orders. Customized orders need to be produced separately by the factory and will take 1-2 working days.
- For customized services and items, please confirm the accurate information when placing an order. We’re sorry that we do not support later information changes.
- We will match you with the most efficient delivery service provider based on your order address. Delivery time will depend on the service provider and may take 4-6 working days depending on the delivery distance (unavoidable factors include but are not limited to bad weather, road restrictions, etc.). Once the package has been delivered, we will email you the tracking number for the package.
- Once your order has been placed, we will track on your order delivery. In case of abnormal delivery, we will take immediate action and contact you.

1) All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.
2) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs and Import Duties
On occasion, additional customs or import duties cannot be avoided. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@petomg.com.
- Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
- A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your receipt.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your purchase. Please read the description of the product, the shipping policy and the refund policy carefully before you place an order to ensure this remains consistent with your wishes.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund within 90 days due to major defects in product quality or product broken.We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase - if you are not satisfied with the product, neither are we! Please give us the chance to work with you to find a resolution via email at support@petomg.com with the description of the issue along with pictures or video.
If you would still like to proceed with a return, let us know within 90 days after you receive the package and we will provide a return label. Please repack your product in the original packaging (if possible), paste the label on the box, and send back to our warehouse. You will not be liable for the logistics costs of returning the items. A full refund will be issued within 48 hours (working days) after we have received your return and inspected. Under normal circumstances, the refund arrival time is within 10 working days, and the specific arrival time is subject to the announcement of the bank handling the refund. Returns will not be allowed after 90 days unless an extension is granted.
If the delivery you receive is different from the description due to warehouse reasons, you will need to email us at support@petomg.com and provide us with the order number and the actual product information received. After our confirmation, you can choose one of the following two options: (a) we will replace the correct or missing product for you within 48 hours (working days) free of charge; (b) you may choose to return the product, in which case you will not be liable for the logistics costs of returning the goods. Your full refund will be completed within 48 hours (working days) after we have received the product. Under normal circumstances, the refund arrival time is within 10 working days, and the specific arrival time is subject to the announcement of the bank handling the refund.
In case of other special circumstances with a return request, please contact us for feedback on your situation and we will coordinate the processing of your return request.
We will reply to you by email within 48 hours (working days) of receiving your return request in any case to represent your order in the after-sales process.
NOTE:
Please be advised that change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. Customers are entitled to replacements or refunds for major defects or damaged with our products within 90 days, as stated in consumer guarantees.
The following circumstances may affect your return or exchange:
1. No returns/refunds will be accepted without prior notice to us and we may refuse to accept your parcel and be disqualified from returning it as a result.
2. No delivery received due to discrepancy between the actual delivery address and the order address.
