Some cats need time to get used to a new cat wall or cat tree. We recommend placing it near your cat’s favorite area, starting with the lower platforms, and using treats, toys, or familiar blankets to encourage exploration. Avoid forcing your cat onto it. If your cat still does not use it after some time, check whether the location, height, stability, or layout feels comfortable for your cat.

Yes. Every Petomg wooden component is made from premium solid rubberwood, providing outstanding strength and long-term durability. Each platform is rated to support up to 44 lbs (20 kg) of static weight.
The overall stability of wall-mounted furniture depends on both the product and the quality of installation. Following our installation instructions is essential for safe, long-term use.
For homes with thin drywall, we strongly recommend securing the mounting hardware directly into wall studs whenever possible. This provides the strongest support and ensures your cat can climb, jump, and rest with confidence.

We include hardware for different wall types with every order, so you can choose the appropriate mounting solution by following our installation guide. For drywall installations, securing the mounting screws into wall studs whenever possible is recommended for maximum stability.

We also stand behind every product with a 1-year warranty. In the unlikely event of a non-human-caused manufacturing or structural defect during normal use, we'll replace the affected part or product free of charge.

Absolutely. Every Petomg product is made from sustainably sourced premium solid rubberwood—a natural material widely used in high-quality furniture for its strength, durability, and environmental friendliness.
Unlike products made from low-quality composite boards, our solid wood construction is designed to provide a cleaner, more natural living environment for both you and your cat.
You may notice a light natural wood scent when first unboxing the product, which is completely normal and will fade after ventilation. Under normal use, the materials are safe for everyday contact with both pets and people.

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day after the order is placed.
Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your delivery address and the carrier's schedule.
