very cool piece of cat furniture. my cat was intrigued before I fully even put it together. feels very sturdy and high quality. i have the hammock version and my cat hangs out in it every day. absolutely worth the money.

Great service and great communication

I really like this cat tree. It is strong and pretty well made. I wish the edges of the wood platforms had been sanded a bit better. One of the perches is kind of small. I wish that it had come with mats for the perches. It’s rather slippery for the cats. I used stick on carpet which works OK, but it’s hard to cut into the correct shape. Overall, this was a good purchase.

Beautifully build and super sturdy. Much better solution to connect it to the ceiling compared to the usual tension rods people use which can still be wobbly.
This one is great and doesn’t budge when my two cats are jumping on it.

Initially received the cat tree and the hammock was broken on one corner. I then contacted PETOMG through their email system and received a prompt reply within 24 hours stating that not to glue the broken hammock and they would immediately send a replacement. Well within a week I received the replacement, not one but two but both of them were broken on two sides instead of just one (original). I sent PETOMG another email stating what happen with pictures and that I would just glue the first one so don’t send anymore replacements. I have not heard anything from PETOMG, and it has been over 24 hours since I sent the second email. I am not sure about their quality control, integrity of the cat tree or the customer assistance platform. Would think twice about having the hammock!

Beautifully finished. We did add adhesive pads since our wildcats kept sliding off the wood platforms.
