I love the items I purchased. The customer service is great as well. They helped me design my wall and and make my purchase. I was missing two pieces for one of the sets and they sent out replacements the same day I emailed them. Really great company.

Ok, Im giving it 4 stars because the cat love it and overall it is a quality cat tree that I could see lasting for years!

The pros are like I said, this is quality! It feels like solid wood, no chance of it getting knocked over. I could not see it breaking. The scratch posts are legit, and it feels so sturdy.

The cons are it was missing a stick-able mat on the bottom section and the assembly instructions often times are not clear. If they can work on the assembly instructions, that would be great

All of the items I've received and assembled for my cat tree have exceeded my expectations. A very attractive solid piece that enhances my living area rather than detracting and looking tacky like most of the carpet covered cat trees, I highly recommend this company's creations. It's definitely worth the money. I love it andmy cats love it more.

Super cute shelves

It took them about 2 weeks to warm up to it, but our cats LOVE this tree! They do tend toward the hammock and the dome, so when those 2 spots are occupied, the remaining cat fills the window bed until a top space opens on the tree.

It is very well made and of high quality materials! No odor whatsoever.

Assembly was a bit of a pain, but my boyfriend was able to do it entirely by himself (I was out of town) and it took him about 4 hours. It was worth it!

I love the modular design, it makes the possibilities endless and its very easy to pair with out other types of cat beds to try and create a run along our wall.

These are really amazing, fun to figure out where to put everything! So lovely to look at, color of woods is really nice, easy on the eyes, the materials are tough and prevents our cat from slipping(my worries!) Best of all, our kitty loves it! So fun to watch her!
