    One complete, truthful application

    Each household has one opportunity to apply. Please explain the situation in detail and provide complete, accurate proof. Petomg may request videos, photos, or supporting documents to ensure a fair review.

    Up to US$5,000 in product support

    Approved applicants may receive Petomg products valued at up to US$5,000, based on verified need, home fit, availability, shipping eligibility, and final approval.

    The same customer care

    Approved recipients receive the same applicable Petomg warranty and after-sales support as Petomg customers.

    Privacy by default

    Without explicit authorization, Petomg will not disclose any information about a recipient or their cats.

    Assistance is never advertising

    Petomg will not use assistance cases, recipient stories, images, or outcomes for advertising, sales promotion, or any other commercial publicity.

    Approved personal use only

    Products may not be sold, resold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, raffled, or used for any commercial purpose.

Privacy & consent

We collect only the information reasonably needed to review and administer a request. Materials remain private unless disclosure is explicitly authorized or required by law.
