Cat loves it! and customer service was extremely helpful when an assembly issue arrived!

I purchased this to replace my old cat tree. I love the look but if feels sparse and areas are a little small for my grown cats. It’s too soon to tell if they will use. I will probably add a few pieces and see if that helps my cats to climb around.

The pieces are really solid and come with plenty of spare parts, definitely recommend 2 people and a good drill for putting them up on the wall. Everything matches and is well finished and looks great!!

Everything came packaged really well too. I definitely recommend 2 people to put everything up on the walls. The drywall mounting equipment works great & with the help of a really good drill each shelf feels super solid.

I may still have some reworking to do on the arrangement part but absolutely loving everything so far!

We bought this because it really is like a piece of art. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, the way the elements stack, there is little room for our cats to jump up. The platforms need to alternate bigger and smaller. So the box top is very small, which makes it hard for them to jump on, which means they can't get on the hammock. Similarly, the bowl doesn't have much of a platform for them to jump on, so they can't get from the paddle below to the bowl above. Great idea but just not practical. And I would send it back, but we've obviously put it together and thrown the boxes away.

This is the best quality cat tree I have ever purchased. It's neat, bright, and fits in our modern home perfectly! My cat is a bit heavy so we had to ensure its well secured at the top. We'll see with time but so far so good. Love that I don't have to drill my walls and the wood is natural not cheap veneer. Tip for business: Would be nice to sell optional matching mat stickers for grip and cat mats because you focus on quality and I'd trust whatever you sell!

I ordered a bunch of pieces for a DIY wall. Assembly went smoothly & everything is secure, very happy so far. My ONLY gripe is that there’s a screw driver sent with EVERY SINGLE PIECE ordered. Even the items that I ordered together. I was surprised to find a screw driver in every single box I opened. I have no need for 10 of the same screwdriver, it really feels like a waste, and a part of me wonders if the cost of the items could be lower if said unnecessary screwdrivers weren’t included. The first was a pleasant surprise as everything required a standard sized screw driver which many furniture items will simply list that the customer will need to provide their own( in the same way that I needed a drill to install the pieces into the wall).
