Amazing experience!!! Customer service is phenomenal!

We've recently moved and learned that our PETOMG floor to ceiling cat tree didn't work for our new space. Customer support went ABOVE AND BEYOND with insanely quick responses, and managed to solve our problem within a DAY! Shipping was a breeze, and the additional pieces were a perfect price and fit. This has absolutely been the best customer support I've ever experienced from any brand. ever. period. I highly recommend this company. The furniture is high quality and my cats love it! i will be returning for any future cat furniture needs. Absolutely phenomenal.

I love how nice it looks, cats love hanging out watching us!

I ordered the Cat Wall Tunnel for my calico kitten and she absolutely loves it! There was a small problem with some of the holes not being pre-drilled but the company was quick to solve the problem. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be a return customer. A+++ Customer Service!!! Thank you so much!

My cats love these! They’re obsessed. The shelves were all really straightforward to install, and even in dry wall are very sturdy even with my chonkier cat leaping around.

1-to-1 Cat Wall Design

I had two defective units and they were willing and able to send hassle free replacement and a free gift for my troubles. Love proactive customer service like that.

I absolutely loved Pet OMG! The product was fantastic, easy to use, and worked incredibly well. I have tried a lot of pet products over the years, and this one really impressed me. I am so happy I found it and would absolutely recommend Pet OMG to other pet owners. I will definitely be purchasing it again!

We have two large cats and a third smaller one that are very into the zoomies. Not all of the wall mounts had holes drilled 16” apart to hit two studs. This would have secured the larger pieces much better. There was a wall piece that did not seem to fit together snugly that we ended up taking apart, gluing and rescrewing together. The cams on the boxes were also cheap and didn’t fit securely (most of our furniture is ikea so we are very familiar with them and the ones that came with it were subpar).

We also got a floor to ceiling tower and some of the items could have fit together a bit more snug. The board the steps mount to wiggles.

Overall a fun product, just needs better quality control, more thoughtful mounting holes and upgraded hardware.
