NC015 combines a corner cat house and a bubble bowl with steps, a ladder and a double-level perch. Its mix of connectors and resting spaces creates a vertical corner route without taking up floor space.

Small steps between places to pause

The small steps and ladder help connect the larger modules at different heights. The double-level perch offers places to land and scratch, while the bubble bowl provides an open lookout and the corner house offers a more sheltered resting space.

Natural wood, mats and a resting cushion

Rubberwood brings a warm, consistent look to the set. The steps and double-level perch include removable sisal mats secured with hook-and-loop fasteners; the corner house includes a cushion. The bubble bowl lifts out for cleaning. The corner house requires corner installation.

Corner installation & layout

This set requires a suitable wall corner for the CM28 corner cat house. The other modules mount on the adjoining wall areas. Placement and spacing can be planned around your available space and your cat’s size and mobility, with room to approach and leave each resting spot.

Included hardware, tools & support

Your package includes dedicated screw kits for solid walls and drywall, plus basic installation tools. Choose the kit for your wall type and follow the included installation and use instructions.

A tape measure and an electric drill suitable for your wall are recommended for more accurate positioning and efficient installation.

Static load capacity

Each wall-mounted unit is static-load tested to 44 lb. The recommended maximum static load is 44 lb per unit, not a combined load rating for the set.

Actual load capacity depends on the wall condition, correct hardware selection and proper installation. Follow the installation and use instructions supplied with your product. Static-load testing does not represent the dynamic forces created when a cat jumps.

Great packaging, decent instructions. I had a question regarding the installation, reached out through chat on their website (on a Saturday afternoon), got an answer from a human in about an hour. Our chonk is loving his new tree!

Multi-Tier Cat Tree - a battle against the instructions and components

The 3-Stars come solely from the fact that the finished product looks great in spite of itself. This never needed to be as frustrating an experience as it was, given the price point of this tree.

Put simply, I am appalled at the instructions. From shifting verbiage (hydraulic lever versus adjustment lever - are those different? who knows! nothing is appropriately labeled aside from assigned letters!), to the visual representations for specific wood pieces being literal mirrors of the actual pieces, I felt like I needed a Master's Degree in Functioning Discernment to figure out what the instructions' intent was for every step.

Several of my wood pieces (A, B, C, and P) didn't have pre-drilled starter holes for ease-of-use with the provided screwdriver. You basically need a drill for put this tree together effectively.

The plastic bowl platform - is the plastic bowl supposed to just sit on the wood platform? If so, why does the plastic bowl have 4 screw-holes? Why does the plastic not fit snugly in the indented section of the wood, where it clearly should rest? Who knows! The instructions for the step skip over it entirely! I ended up using the 4 remaining screws to fasten the bowl onto the wood platform, but of course the screws are longer than the wood, so pointy screws are sticking out from the bottom of the platform.

Two of the velcro-mats were missing velcro strips. I had to use my own velcro strips for this.

Finally, the instructions should include a disclaimer that using 3M Velcro strips to secure the base to wood will inevitably damage the wood (or stain) should you ever decide to move the tree in the future. Maybe even acknowledge what strategies to potentially mitigate this, like using a blow-dryer to heat the residue before pulling off the wood.

What's most frustrating is that this product looks great, does in-fact securely fasten to the ceiling, and my cats took a liking to it immediately. Otherwise... what an absolute shit-show.

To clear up the confusion regarding the transparent acrylic dome: it is actually intentionally designed to rest securely inside the carved wooden groove via gravity—no screws or hardware are required. This ensures a snug fit while allowing easy removal for routine cleaning. The pre-molded holes on the acrylic rim are from a universal mold shared with our wall-mounted series and are not meant to be used for this tension model. We take full responsibility for our manual failing to make this clear.

Your cats' safety is our utmost priority. To completely eliminate any risk from the sharp screw tips underneath, we have already reached out to your email directly to provide a brand-new replacement wooden platform at no charge, along with the missing velcro strips.

Your constructive points regarding diagram clarity, terminology, and floor protection—especially your brilliant tip about using a hairdryer to cleanly remove adhesive residue—are immensely valuable. We are actively incorporating these directly into our updated manuals and video tutorials.
