We saw this item and really wanted to have a nice area for the cats. It’s very nicely constructed and sturdy. Would definitely shop here again if I need additional parts or anything else.

Our two young cats loved it for 4 hours and then it came toppling down. The manual said it would take 40 mins to build. It took 5 hours to build and only four hours to collapse and traumatize our cats. It’s beautiful to look at but the ceiling heights we sent did not match the construction apparatus we received. We were able to get it to extend to the ceiling and it seemed secure but not as good as we hoped it seems. I’m a former architect so it seemed solid. Customer service has not given us a solution yet. So it sits on our living room floor for an entire day now. Very disappointing. We had such high hopes for this lovely designed furniture. Not sure what happened. If they help us get this resolved I would take down this review, but for now this sits in our living room.
Our cats love the new wall ‘art’. It is functional, takes up less space than the standard cat tower, and the cats are happy to climb and sleep in the hammocks. Both our cats were climbing over it before I finished setting it up!
