The materials are well made but so far both my cats are finding the surface unpleasant and they won’t use it. I’ve tried treats and toys but the wooden surfaces I think are too slippery for them. I also wasn’t able to complete assembly because I can’t get one of the screws to properly thread. I do like that each pole has sisal unlike many other cat trees.

If this, well finished, highest quality possible cat tree were sold in one of those oak furniture shops it would cost 1000s. That is the level this tree is at. The assembly instructions were easy, so too putting it together. If it were an Ikea job you would have blisters on your fingers. PetsOMG's service was the highest level I ever experienced with an online sale. Well Done.

The cat tree is well made and assembly was straightforward. It’s much easier to clean than other cat trees. My cats love it.

Haven't yet assembled as parts had to be received, but, the customer response was very prompt and helpful. Hopefully puss will get to try it out this week.

I recently purchased a cat tree and added a few more pieces. The look is nice but so far cats haven’t shown much interest. I’m hoping in time they’ll explore. Only complaint is I wish pieces were slightly longer. My cats are pretty long so I think they may not feel comfortable with length.

My cats have been exploring and having fun with their new cat jungle gym items. I love them too, but one are of improvement from my point of view…..the screw holes need to be setup to match the same width of wall studs. I was only able to secure one side to the studs in the wall and the other is just anchored in drywall. This would be my only complaint.

This cat tree was easy to put together and is actually stable the way it pushes against the ceiling. The wood veneer is attractive.

I purchased this to replace my old cat tree. I love the look but if feels sparse and areas are a little small for my grown cats. It’s too soon to tell if they will use. I will probably add a few pieces and see if that helps my cats to climb around.
