I spent so long looking for a cat tree that would be fun and interactive for my kitten, but also look at home in my space. This beautiful cat tree was everything I was hoping for! My kitten absolutely loves it and I can see that she is getting better at climbing and jumping every day! The assembly was very straightforward and easy to complete and there are no worries about the stability.

I did have to reach out to the team for one missing part but they were amazingly kind and helped me straight away! I definitely feel like this was the best cat tree choice and after working with PETOMG I'd like to continue buying their products.

So easy to assembly, so stable and sturdy. Fast delivery, really excellent support when needed. Both cats love it. Only problem is where to put my next one.

Excellent customer service and design process . Delighted with the installed cat wall. High quality finish , looks very eye pleasing and easy to assemble. Installation on a double brick wall so a professional handyman did that for me with no issues.
May buy more in the future to extend around the unit 😀.

The cat tree was delivered very fast and easy to assemble. Instructions came per email which is a great idea. Our kitten loves it, but is still a little shy to go to the top. Waiting for her to discover the hammock. The wood is very nice and smooth. Great quality and we are very happy with the purchase. The delivery service damaged the boxes a little bit and a step fell out, but customer service was very fast to send a new one. Incredible service, highly recommended.

Still waiting... received the free gift...still waiting on the actual product...the shipping company you use is terrible from an information standpoint...no real ability to track...said shipped to Adelaide, then 3 days later saying it's still in Sydney...the company you use to ship is impacting customers assessment of you

The cats love the new tower. I did order some adhesive carpet to add traction to the tops of the wood perches. Easy add and not noticeable from the ground. I used some small screws I had to secure the fish bowl to the top. They weren’t included in the kit, but the bowl did have four holes drilled through the plastic so I didn’t accidentally crack it. The only weak point is the tension spreader. May be more stable at 1/2” or more with a possible cover that could be cut to fit the space.

Nice & tall and stable. Cats are older and not brave to sit at top, yet. Easy to assemble!
