How to clean the wood?

The wooden boards on PETOMG pet furniture are made of rubber wood, and the surface of the wood is also brushed with an environmentally friendly coating to prolong the use of the wood. Use a damp (non-abrasive sponge) and some non-toxic cleaning agents (such as dish soap) lightly scrub the board. Make sure to keep the scratching posts and pads from getting wet. At last, wipe the board dry with a clean cloth.

How to clean the scratchingposts and pads?

Our scratching posts and pads are made of sisal (The cat scratching posts of cat wall products are wrapped with kraft paper. The floor-to-ceiling cat tower's scratching posts are made of kraft paper tubes). The materials are absorbent, so you should not clean them with water. You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove all the dust and grime. If one of the posts does get wet or wet, be sure to act quickly and dry it completely with a hair dryer using cool air.

How to reduce mold damage to furniture in a healthy and environmentally friendly way?

Regularly clean the room where the product is located, especially after pets are outdoors, as they may carry mold spores in their paws and hair.

Sturdy, Easy, Attractive

I’m so happy with this purchase. I found it easy to put together and install on my own, with the only tool needed on my end being a ladder.

It is very sturdy. I have no worries about my two 12lb cats running up and down it energetically.

I also appreciate that it doesn’t have the shag carpet or sisal rope aesthetic that I find looks messy and degrades over time. The wood and covering style works in my home. My cats took to it immediately.

A few details worth considering for others:
The covering is like a plasticky flat weave carpet. This works for me because it holds up well to the cats claw and isn’t fraying, but others may have different feelings about the material.

Another thing is that my cats don’t seem to trust the hammock as a step that they can hop on. No problem laying in the hammock, but it isn’t something they feel comfortable using to help them get up and down. So my cats shimmy and climb up and down the pole. This may inform placement of the platforms. It may not work for cats who aren’t big climbers or jumpers.

It's a bit disappointing

Not as solid as I'd hoped. A couple parts had screw holes much larger than screws. Others, too small. It felt a bit like an IKEA assembly. The canvass for the hammock is very thin and is not going to hold up to cats jumping on it. I have two other brands-- both have much thicker canvas. The hammock frame also rocks-- a good deal. I'd hoped to change this peice for a spacer disc but one isn't offered. PETomg offered to sell me a leaf platform. A bit disappointed.

The packages arrived with a key element and I have a small space. I now have an unassembled mess and am waiting on screws. You’d think pre-ordering a month in advance would include quality control. Would not recommend.

Cat Stand

It took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble, that was longer than I anticipated. I have a 15 lb Ragdoll, so the platforms and shelves are too small, as he likes to stretch out. The fabric shelf should probably be made with a stiff canvas, and it is not level. It appears to be well made, but it’s not quite big enough to make my large cat comfortable.
