Products in the petomg online store are available in the US, AU & UK. All non-custom orders are processed within 1 working day. Free shipping (over $59 in the US, over A$79 in AU, over £49 in the UK). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

For items that are on backorder, we will strive to dispatch the items as soon as they become available. The items will be shipped in an order with respect to the dates the orders are received. All custom order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order at the latest on the date indicated during the order and according to the region of delivery. Delivery periods may be longer during busy operating periods.

For non-custom orders :

• We guarantee that your order will be shipped from our local warehouses (Melbourne & Sydney in AU, Chino in the US, Cannock in UK) within 1 working day once your payment has been completed.
• We will match you with the most efficient delivery service provider based on the address of your order. Delivery times will depend on the service provider and can take from 2 to 6 working days depending on the delivery distance (unavoidable factors include but are not limited to bad weather, road control etc). 
• Once your order has been placed, we will track on your order delivery. In case of abnormal delivery, we will take immediate action and contact you.

• For customized services, please communicate with support@petomg.com to confirm before placing an order. We proactively send you draft orders. Customized orders need to be produced separately by the factory and will take 1-2 working days.
• For customized services and items, please confirm the accurate information when placing an order. We’re sorry that we do not support later information changes.
• We will match you with the most efficient delivery service provider based on your order address. Delivery time will depend on the service provider and may take 4-6 working days depending on the delivery distance (unavoidable factors include but are not limited to bad weather, road restrictions, etc.). Once the package has been delivered, we will email you the tracking number for the package.
• Once your order has been placed, we will track on your order delivery. In case of abnormal delivery, we will take immediate action and contact you.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial (Returns)

We offer FREE returns within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Australia.

If you or your cat are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 90 days of delivery.

We strive to resolve any issues you may experience. Please complete our contact form with a detailed description of the issue (including photos to expedite the process), and we'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution. If you still wish to proceed with a return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label. Simply repackage the item (using the original packaging if possible), affix the provided return label, and drop it off at your local UPS location.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days. Returns requested after the 90-day period will not be accepted unless an extension has been granted.

Petomg 1-Year Warranty

All Petomg products include a one-year warranty covering functional defects. If you encounter any quality issues within one year of receiving your product, please contact us immediately—we’re here to help! We may request photos or videos as proof of the defect.

Please note that this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. Resolution methods will be at the discretion of Petomg and may not always result in a full replacement.

1. How to clean the wood?

• The wooden boards on PETOMG pet furniture are made of rubber wood, and the surface of the wood is also brushed with an environmentally friendly coating to prolong the use of the wood. Use a damp (non-abrasive sponge) and some non-toxic cleaning agents (such as dish soap) lightly scrub the board. Make sure to keep the scratching posts and pads from getting wet. At last, wipe the board dry with a clean cloth.

2. How to clean the scratchingposts and pads?

• Our scratching posts and pads are made of sisal (The cat scratching posts of cat wall products are wrapped with kraft paper. The floor-to-ceiling cat tower's scratching posts are made of kraft paper tubes). The materials are absorbent, so you should not clean them with water. You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove all the dust and grime. If one of the posts does get wet or wet, be sure to act quickly and dry it completely with a hair dryer using cool air.

3. How to reduce mold damage to furniture in a healthy and environmentally friendly way?

• Regularly clean the room where the product is located, especially after pets are outdoors, as they may carry mold spores in their paws and hair.
